CUSTOMER's review: I had an average experience at Sur beach resort. The location was beautiful, but there were a few issues with the service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. The room was clean, but could use some updates. The resort had great amenities, but they were not well-maintained. The food at the restaurant was decent, but nothing special. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I expected more.
