Make it as hard as possible to move to a new provider and want €30 to take their old bins away. Call centre out sourced to Asia very nasty won’t allow you to speak to a manager, keep you on hold fir 20-+ mins and threaten debt collectors fir their extortionate €30 . They won’t give detail of how they calculate a low value refund if their annual fee I already paid up front. If you can don’t use this nasty company save your self the stress
