CUSTOMER: I recently visited Mallard medical practice and had a less than satisfactory experience. The wait times were excessively long, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. However, the doctor I saw was knowledgeable and provided good care. They need to improve their administrative processes to enhance the overall experience.
