I recently availed a loan from a microfinance bank and I must say that the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and guided me through every step. The interest rates were reasonable and the repayment terms were flexible. However, I faced some issues with the online banking platform. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with the microfinance bank.
