I recently used the services of this freight company and I must say it was an average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made it convenient for me to track my shipments. The customer service was decent, although it took them a bit longer than expected to respond to my inquiries. The pricing was competitive, but I did find it a bit on the higher side compared to some other freight companies I have used in the past. The delivery of my shipment was timely, which was a relief, but the packaging could have been better as there were some minor damages. Overall, my experience with this freight company was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer communication and packaging.
