I recently had an experience with this security company and I must say it was quite average. Their website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. There was a delay in response to my inquiries, and when I finally did receive a response, it was not very helpful. The installation process was also average at best. The technician arrived on time, but did not seem very knowledgeable and had to consult a manual frequently. The security system itself seems to be working fine so far, but I can't say it has exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience with this company has been average. I have seen better customer service and more efficient installations from other security companies.
