I stumbled upon this tai chi school while searching for a place to learn and practice tai chi. The Golden Flower School has exceeded my expectations in every way. The instructors are skilled and experienced, and they create a supportive and friendly environment for everyone. The classes are well-structured and provide a holistic understanding of tai chi. I have been attending the classes for a couple of months now, and I can already feel the positive impact on my physical and mental well-being. Highly recommend!
