I recently joined the Greater Redding Chamber of Commerce and expected more from their services. While they offer some useful resources, I feel that their communication and organization could be improved. There have been instances where I didn't receive timely updates or experienced delays in hearing back from their team. Overall, it has been an average experience so far.
