The New York City Charter School Center is doing an average job in providing quality education to students. I have seen some improvements in the past few years, but there is still room for growth. The staff is generally helpful and dedicated, but there are instances where they could be more responsive to students' needs. Overall, I believe the center is making an effort to provide a decent education to students.
