The services provided by United Way Saint John, Kings, and Charlotte are average. They do a decent job in assisting the local communities, but I feel like there is room for improvement. The organization could be more transparent with their financials and provide more detailed reports on how donations are used. Overall, they are doing an okay job, but there are better nonprofits out there.
