Overall, my experience with this company was quite average. I found their website to be user-friendly and visually appealing. The range of products they offer is decent, but nothing extraordinary. The quality of the vinyl records I ordered was satisfactory, although there were a few minor scratches on one of them. The packaging was secure and my order arrived on time, which was a plus. However, I did have some difficulty reaching their customer service department when I had a question about my order. The response time was longer than expected, and the representative was not particularly helpful. It would be great if they could improve their customer service experience. In terms of pricing, I would say it is fair for the quality of the products. Overall, I would consider buying from them again, but with slightly lowered expectations.
