I recently used the services of a freight forwarding agency based in Abingdon, and overall, I would say my experience was average. The company's website was easy to navigate and provided the necessary information about their services. However, the communication throughout the process could have been improved. There were delays in receiving updates about the status of my shipment, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the customer service representatives were not always very proactive in addressing my concerns. However, once the shipment was finally delivered, it was in good condition and arrived within the promised timeframe. If the company can work on their communication and enhance their customer service, they have the potential to provide a much better experience for their clients.
