I recently purchased cleaning supplies from this company. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed quickly. However, I was disappointed with the shipping process. It took longer than expected for my order to arrive, and the customer service response was not as prompt as I had hoped. The quality of the products was average, nothing extraordinary. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected better value for the money. Overall, my experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of shipping efficiency and customer service.
