Nandi yoga is a gem in the yoga community. The instructors are not only knowledgeable and experienced but also caring and supportive. The classes are challenging and well-structured, and I always leave feeling energized and refreshed. The studio space is serene and inviting, creating the perfect environment for practice. Nandi yoga has helped me grow in my yoga journey both physically and mentally. Highly recommend!
