🧐 I recently used this company for a survey and it was a decent experience. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, the survey itself felt a bit rushed and I noticed a couple of inaccuracies in the final report. The customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional – they responded to my queries, but lacked that personal touch. On the positive side, the surveyors were professional and arrived on time. Overall, the service provided by Mercian surveys was average. It wasn't outstanding, but it wasn't terrible either. If you're looking for a quick and fairly reliable solution, they will get the job done. But for a more customized, detailed survey, I would recommend exploring other options. ⭐⭐⭐
