I recently purchased some tools from a different company and I was very disappointed with the quality. The tools were flimsy and broke easily. Their customer service was also terrible. They were unhelpful and unresponsive when I reached out to them for assistance. I wish I had purchased from Ellego powertec oy instead. I have heard great things about their products and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
