I recently had the opportunity to use the services of a shipping company for the first time and decided to go with Neptune lines. Although I didn't have any major issues with the company, I can't say that my experience was extraordinary either. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information about their services. However, the customer service was average at best. I had some inquiries about my shipment, but the response time was quite slow and the representatives seemed uninterested in helping me. The shipping process itself was smooth and my package arrived on time, which was a relief. Overall, I would rate my experience with Neptune lines as average. I might consider using them again in the future, but there is definitely room for improvement in their customer service department.
