I recently ordered a custom cake from Baked Expectations for a special occasion. While the cake looked beautiful and tasted good overall, I did find it a bit dry. The flavors were still enjoyable, but I expected a bit more moistness. The staff was friendly and the ordering process was smooth. Overall, I had a decent experience at Baked Expectations.
