I had a somewhat average experience with Policy Matters. The customer service was decent and they provided the information I needed, but it wasn't anything outstanding. Overall, I found their website easy to navigate and the policy options were fairly comprehensive. However, I felt that their rates were slightly higher compared to other companies I've checked. Nevertheless, I did appreciate their responsiveness and promptness in addressing my concerns.
