I recently utilized the financial consulting services of this company and was quite satisfied with the level of professionalism and knowledge exhibited by the advisors. However, I found that the communication was somewhat lacking, and at times, I felt like I had to follow up multiple times for updates. The website design was user-friendly, but I would appreciate more comprehensive resources and articles. Additionally, the customer support response time could be improved. Nonetheless, the advisors were polite and offered decent advice. Overall, I found the experience to be average, and I hope to see improvements in the areas mentioned above. 😊
