I recently went on a trip organized by a travel agency I found online. The experience was satisfactory overall. The itinerary was well-planned, and the tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. However, there were a few issues with the hotel accommodations, which affected my overall experience. Despite that, I appreciate the effort put into organizing the trip and would consider booking with them again in the future.
