I had an average experience with a company named JGC in the Americas. Though their website, jgcamerica.com, was well-designed and easy to navigate, I found the customer service to be lacking. It was difficult to get a response from their team, and when I did, the answers were generic and unhelpful. I expected better considering the reputation of the company.
