The caregivers from this home care agency have been taking care of my elderly aunt for the past six months, and I must say I am impressed with their level of commitment. They have shown great patience and attentiveness towards my aunt's needs. The agency has been very flexible with scheduling as well. The only suggestion I have is that they could improve on their communication by being more proactive in providing updates. Nonetheless, I am pleased with their services.
