On the Rise Artisan Breads is a disappointment. The bread I tried was nothing special, and it didn't leave a lasting impression. The crust was too hard, and the inside was dry. The flavor was bland, and it lacked the complexity I was hoping for. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but based on my experience, I won't be returning. There are better bakeries out there.
