The Ymca of the Palouse is a great place to work out and stay active. The facilities are clean, and the equipment is well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I especially enjoy the variety of classes they offer, from yoga to Zumba. The Ymca of the Palouse has become an integral part of my fitness routine, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and inclusive fitness center.
