👋 As a customer, I recently had an experience with this conveyor service company. I must say, their services were average at best. Although their website was easy to navigate and find information, their overall performance left something to be desired. The maintenance team took longer than expected to fix the issues with our conveyor systems, causing some delays in our production line. Additionally, the customer service was not particularly helpful or responsive when we reached out with questions or concerns. On the positive side, the technicians were knowledgeable and seemed to have a good understanding of the equipment. However, given the delays and lackluster customer support, I can only rate this company as average. Although they got the job done eventually, I believe there are other conveyor service providers out there that offer a more efficient and satisfactory experience. 👷‍♂️👎
