I recently used the services of a designing company based in Ecuador. I found their website to be sleek and professional, making it easy for me to navigate through their services and portfolio. However, I must say that my overall experience was average.

The design work they provided was satisfactory, but I felt that it lacked creativity and innovation. Although they delivered my project on time, there were some minor issues that needed to be fixed, resulting in additional back and forth communication.

The customer service was decent, but I felt that their communication could have been clearer and more proactive. I had to reach out multiple times for updates and clarify certain aspects of the project.

In terms of pricing, I think it was reasonable for the services offered, but I would have appreciated more transparency in the cost breakdown.

In conclusion, while Zendesigner s.a. delivered a satisfactory service, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of creativity, communication, and transparency.
