My recent visit to Royal auto of Oneonta NY was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me and I had to wait for a long time before someone finally assisted me. The car I test drove had several mechanical issues, which made me question the quality of their vehicles. I decided not to make a purchase and went to another dealership instead.
