I can't say enough good things about Detour Fitness Studios. The workouts are challenging but effective, and the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. They create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, which I really appreciate. The facility is clean, and the equipment is in great condition. Detour Fitness Studios has become my go-to place for fitness!
