I have been using Fed Ex Home Delivery for a few months now and I must say that the service has been average. The delivery times have been somewhat inconsistent and I've had a few packages arrive later than expected. However, the customer service team has been responsive and helpful whenever I've had an issue with a delivery. Overall, I would say the experience has been satisfactory so far.
