I have been a customer of this bank for quite some time now and overall, I am satisfied with their services. The online banking platform is user-friendly and makes it convenient for me to manage my finances. The customer service is also helpful, and I appreciate that they are available 24/7. However, I would like to see more competitive interest rates on their savings accounts.
