I have been using Milestone | reporting company for a while now and I must say it is average at best. The website is easy to navigate and find information, but the customer support is lacking. It takes too long to get a response and when you do, it's not always helpful. The reporting tools are decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. Overall, an average experience.
