I recently used a logistics service from this company and overall, I found it to be an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided essential information about their services. However, I faced a few issues during the transportation process. The customer service was not very responsive, and it took longer than expected to get updates on the shipment. Moreover, the communication lacked clarity at times, which caused some confusion and delays. On a positive note, the delivery arrived in good condition and the staff was professional. Although the service was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and responsiveness. Considering the average experience I had with them, I would consider exploring other options before making a decision in the future.
