I've been a customer of Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina for several years now, and I must say that their service is just average. While they do provide food to those in need, there are often delays in delivery and the quality of the food is hit and miss. Sometimes, the items are close to the expiration date or damaged. The organization could definitely improve on these aspects.
