I had an average experience with Polar Cruises. The staff was okay, but not very attentive. The ship was clean, but the facilities could have been better. The itinerary was decent, but I didn't feel like I got to see as much as I had hoped. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but I expected more for the price.
