I recently attended the antenatal classes at Mama & me and I absolutely loved it! ????????? The instructors were so knowledgeable and passionate about their work, and they created a supportive environment for us to learn and connect with other moms-to-be. The classes covered a wide range of topics and included interactive activities that made learning fun. I also appreciated the emphasis on postnatal care and the support network they helped us form. Highly recommend!
