I had a mixed experience with Formula certa. While their website, fcerta.com.br, is easy to use and the products are good, I did have some issues with the delivery. The customer service team was helpful in resolving the issues, but it was still a bit inconvenient. Overall, I would say Formula certa is a decent company, but there is room for improvement.
