I recently worked with this design company to revamp my website, and I must say the overall experience was decent. The team was professional and delivered the project on time. However, I did find the communication a bit lacking at times, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress. Additionally, I expected more creativity and unique ideas in the design process. The end result was okay, but it didn't have the wow factor I was hoping for. Overall, it was an average experience. I appreciate the timely delivery and professionalism, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of innovative design and effective communication.
