I had a mixed experience with Pn llc. While their customer service was prompt and helpful, the quality of their products did not meet my expectations. I ordered a couple of items from their website and received them in a timely manner. However, upon inspection, I noticed that one of the products was damaged. I contacted their support team and they quickly responded, offering to send me a replacement. They were friendly and professional throughout the process. On the other hand, the replacement item I received was also not up to par. The stitching was loose and the material felt cheap. Overall, I was disappointed with my purchase and would hesitate to order from Pn llc again.
