As a customer, I must say that I had an 🤔 average experience with this law firm. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, I found the overall service to be lackluster. The elder law attorneys seemed knowledgeable, but the communication was not as prompt as I had hoped. It took longer than expected to receive updates on my case, and I often had to reach out for information instead of them proactively keeping me informed. Additionally, I found their fees to be on the higher side compared to other firms I had consulted. While they were able to resolve my legal matters satisfactorily, the overall experience left something to be desired. Perhaps with better communication and more transparency in their pricing, this firm has the potential to excel. 👍👎
