I have been a customer of Hong Yen Technologics Europe Ltd. for a couple of years now and I have to say that their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and they have a wide range of products. However, their customer support is lacking. It takes them a long time to respond to my queries and sometimes they don't even provide a satisfactory solution. Overall, I would rate them as average.
