I wanted to share my experience with CTI Education Group. Overall, I found their services to be average. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was helpful. However, I did encounter some issues with communication and response time. It took multiple attempts to get a response from their customer support team and I found their email responses to be lacking in clarity. I understand that things can get busy, but I would have appreciated a more prompt and thorough response. Despite these issues, I was able to find the information I needed and enroll in the courses I wanted. I would recommend CTI Education Group as an average option for education services.
