As a customer, I found the services provided to be satisfactory. The staff members were friendly and compassionate towards the residents. The facility was well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and safe environment for the residents. However, there were some areas that could be improved. The communication between the staff and the families of the residents could have been more consistent, and the activities provided for the residents seemed limited. Additionally, there were times when it felt like there were not enough staff members to attend to all the residents' needs promptly. Overall, the experience was average, but with some improvements in communication and resident activities, it could be even better.
