I recently purchased some organic seeds from this company and overall, I had an average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. I appreciate the company's commitment to organic farming and their wide selection of seeds. However, I did have a few issues with my order. The delivery took longer than expected, and I had to reach out to customer service to inquire about the status of my order. The customer service representative was helpful, but I would have appreciated more proactive communication from the company regarding the delay. Additionally, a couple of the seeds I received were not of the best quality and did not germinate successfully. Despite these setbacks, I still believe this company is worth considering for organic seeds, but improvements in delivery and seed quality control would enhance the overall customer experience.
