I am a CUSTOMER of Heritage health care & rehab and I must say that my experience with them has been average. The staff members are quite friendly and professional. However, there were a few instances where the service was not up to par. The facilities are decent, but I expected a bit more in terms of cleanliness. Overall, I would rate them as average.
