The software I'm using to adjust my screen's brightness and color temperature based on the time of day works flawlessly. It has made a noticeable difference in the quality of my sleep and reduced eye strain. The interface is neat and user-friendly. I'm really happy with how F.lux performs and I would definitely recommend it to others.
