I had an average experience with Stålgross i Sverige AB. The quality of their products was decent, but their customer service was lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. I also found their website to be outdated and difficult to navigate. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
