I've been practicing yoga for years, and The Yoga Journey is one of the best studios I've ever been to. The instructors are phenomenal and the classes are challenging but not overwhelming. The community here is so welcoming and encouraging. Every time I leave a class, I feel recharged and motivated. Definitely worth checking out!
