I recently used a home care service and found this option online, the website was easy to navigate, and they had a variety of services available. The staff was professional and knowledgeable during the consultation, which helped put me at ease. However, I found the overall experience to be average. The communication could have been better – there were a few instances when I had to follow up on things multiple times. While the care provided was sufficient, I felt that there could have been more attention to detail and personalized care. I appreciate the effort, but I believe there is room for improvement.
