I've been doing pilates at Todo for the past year and it has been a game-changer for me. The instructors are knowledgeable and provide clear instructions throughout the classes. The studio is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment to exercise in. The class schedule is flexible, making it easy to find a time that works for me. I've seen improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Todo pilates is definitely worth checking out!
